What does 36 weeks pregnant feel like? It feels like hell, just to be honest. I can’t stand for more than a few minutes, I am hot ALL the time, my back is killing me, my sciatica is killing me, my feet and my hands just ache all the time…. I’m not complaining, I’m really not. 😀 I just can’t wait for this little man to be here! I feel a little fall in the air! Just in time for me not to be carrying around all this extra weight. Yay! So this has been a busy week. I had an amazing shower Sunday and got so much awesome stuff – all the things I needed! And some BEAUTIFUL handmade items!! And then my mom stayed with me until Thursday! We organized the nursery, got everything ready… that room is ready to go! Just need a little baby in it! Last minute shopping
trip to get anything I was still missing. My bags are packed – I’m ready to go. The carseat is in the car, we’re set. Today, Bubba’s pharmacy crew threw him a little shower with Pizza and cupcakes, and got us a ton of diapers which we need and some cute little gifts! Now the countdown begins – 4 weeks to go! (well, 3.5 weeks now). He’s not allowed to be late, unless he’s REALLY late. I refuse to have a Halloween baby. 😛 My guess – for no particular reason, October 21, Bubba said October 15. We shall see!!
How far along: 36 weeks 2 days
Total weight gain: 50!
Maternity clothes: Oh yeah…Only down to a handful of items that will fit.
Stretch marks: Just the boobs…except one tiny tiny little faint one on my belly…… :-/
Sleep: Awake every 2 hours, every single night. No sleep.
Best moment of this week: My wonderful shower and my Mom spending the week with me!
Miss anything: Ha… this questions makes me laugh when I re-read it every week. Yeah, I miss everything.
Cankles: Nothing has changed in this department.
Movement: He’s moving – but definitely running out of room.
Food cravings: Just crave anything but water – an ice cold drink, tea, gatorade, sprite… it all tastes good.
Anything making you queasy or sick: nope…
Have you started to show yet: Yeah – I’ve reached that “Wow, you’re pregnant” stage.
Gender: IT’S A BOY!!!
Labor signs: TBD
Belly button in or out: Definitely pokes through my clothes but the belly button itself is still in thank God.
Wedding rings on or off: Off… oh well.
Happy or moody most of the time: Still emotional – trying not to stress too much. My mom helped a lot with that!
Looking forward to: Counting down the next few weeks! I have no more scheduled anything except doctors appointments. So the countdown is on!!
